Terms of use

The terms for using IntervalNext

These terms cover this website, the IntervalNext data field for Garmin Edge, and the licence that unlocks it. By using any of them you agree to these terms, so they are written to be read. Last revised 21 October 2026.

IntervalNext is run by Plamen Petrov, a computer engineer in Bulgaria (“we”, “us”). The full name, address and contact are on the imprint.

The service

IntervalNext shows the workouts planned in your intervals.icu account on a Garmin Edge, step by step. To use it you need an intervals.icu account, a supported Edge and the Connect IQ app. We keep improving it, so features may change, and we work to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults.

It depends on services we do not run: intervals.icu, Garmin Connect IQ and your phone’s connection. If one of them changes or stops, part of IntervalNext may stop working until we can adapt it.

Trial and licence

Every new account gets a 14-day free trial, from the day its first Edge is linked, with every feature on. After it, a one-time payment of 14,95 € unlocks IntervalNext for as long as we run the service. There is no subscription.

The licence belongs to your intervals.icu account, not to a device: up to three Edges at a time, and you can release one from your account page to use another. It is for you and your own Edges; it may not be resold or shared with other riders. Updates are included for as long as we run the service: the fixes and security updates that keep it working as described, and the new features we release.

Buying and refunds

The licence is sold by [MERCHANT OF RECORD], our merchant of record, which takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles tax. Its checkout terms apply to the payment itself. The price you see at checkout is final, tax included.

You can withdraw from the purchase within fourteen days of buying, with no reason needed, and you are refunded in full: no later than 14 days after you tell us, to the payment method you used. Reply to your receipt, write to us, or send the model form on the refunds page. This is on top of every right the law gives you: if the licence or the app does not work as described, you keep your statutory rights for digital content.

To buy a licence you must be an adult, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

How you buy

You buy on the unlock page: the QR code your Edge shows when the trial ends, or intervalnext.app/u with the code under it. The page shows which Edge and account you are unlocking and the price. You then pay at [MERCHANT OF RECORD]’s checkout, where you can check and correct your details before you pay; nothing is bought until you confirm the payment there.

The receipt comes by e-mail from [MERCHANT OF RECORD], and your account page shows the licence. These terms stay on this page with their revision date; we do not keep a separate copy of your contract, so save this page if you want one. The contract is concluded in English.

Fair use

Please do not try to get around the trial or the licence, reach anyone else’s account or data, overload or attack the service or its interfaces, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer the server or the app beyond what the law allows you to do anyway. We may suspend an account that does, and where it is reasonable we will tell you first.

Riding safely

You ride at your own risk. Keep your eyes on the road and follow traffic rules; glance at the screen only when it is safe. The targets on the screen come from your plan and are not medical advice: if you are unsure whether a workout is right for you, ask a doctor, and stop if you feel unwell. In ERG mode the Edge sets your trainer’s resistance; use the trainer as its maker instructs.

Garmin and intervals.icu

IntervalNext is independent and not affiliated with Garmin or intervals.icu. Your use of their products and services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Garmin®, the Garmin logo and Edge® are trademarks of Garmin Ltd. or its subsidiaries, registered in the USA and other countries. Connect IQ™ and Garmin Connect™ are trademarks of Garmin Ltd. or its subsidiaries.

What is ours

The app, the website, their design and their text belong to us. The licence lets you use them; it does not let you copy or redistribute them. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely, with no obligation to you.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including for intent, gross negligence, and harm to life, body or health, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the licence.

Ending

You can stop using IntervalNext at any time, and ask us to delete everything we hold about you, as the privacy page describes. If we ever close the service, we will say so on this website at least six months beforehand.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top always shows the latest revision, and a change that matters will also be announced on this website before it applies. A change never takes away a licence you have already bought. If a change to the service makes it worse for you in more than a minor way, we will tell you beforehand, and you can end the contract free of charge within 30 days.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.

If something goes wrong, please write to us first at support@intervalnext.app; most things are fixed in a reply. You can also turn to an alternative dispute resolution body, such as the conciliation committees of the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg).

These terms are adapted from General Legal’s public legal templates.
